Looksy! is too simple not to love. After snapping a pic of a house, you’ll learn just the right amount of information: square footage, total bedrooms/bathrooms, estimated price. And after answering a handful of questions, you’ll find out if you can afford it. Easy. Fun. House. Shopping.

Using the app is super easy! When you see a house that interests you — on a walk, driving around, looking out your back window — pull out your phone and open Looksy! 

Click it.

Center the house you like and ‘Click.’ With the help of GPS and some cool tech, you’ll see a picture of the house and the address. One more ‘Click’ and voila: the information you want is right there.

Own it.

After setting up your profile we can then share with you an estimate of what your monthly payments would be. You can change loan types. How much your down payment would be. And when you’re ready, we’ll connect you with a mortgage broker.
